The process is simple.  

  1. Complete this Short Questionnaire so we can learn about you.

  2. Schedule a free 30-minute phone consultation with us to discuss your needs and suggest a plan.

  3. We will provide a paid assessment of your books, including a detailed report or the findings.

  4. We will create a custom Proposal, with options.

    Upon acceptance of the Proposal:

  5. Perform your project. This may be a Clean-up of existing books, a Catch-up to review & update current books, or the Initial Setup of a new QBO account.

  6. Provide ongoing monthly maintenance.

    PLEASE NOTE: We are currently accepting new clients for projects with Ongoing Monthly Support. We are not able to accept new clients for one-off projects at this time. 

Billing process. 

We offer project-based and monthly services that are customized to the level of support you choose. For your convenience, we utilize an automated billing system based on your customized service agreement. No more receiving or paying invoices.
